My name is Mary Ann Martin. I am the K-5 Reading Coach for Elbert County Schools in Elberton, Georgia.
I have a BSEd in Elementary Education and a MSED in Elementary Reading & Literacy. I taught 2nd grade for 4 years and 1st grade for the last 22 years. The 2012-2013 school year will be my first year as a Reading Coach.
I will be traveling to 3 schools: Elbert County Primary, Elbert County Intermediate, and the 5th Grade Academy at Elbert County Middle School.
I am a bookaholic. I love to read, but I love to read to children more. I love to find good books, but I love to help children find good books more. I hope to spread my passion for reading to help create LIFETIME readers!
